Every September we gather to
celebrate cultures around the world with costumes, songs, and special dishes to share.
Thanksgiving Feast
As long as the moon rises,
As long as the grass grows green,
As long as the rivers flow.
We shall be friends.
We shall live in peace.”
Before the Thanksgiving holiday
we have festivals, plays, games and songs. We invite our families to join us
and participate in these celebrations. It is our way of re-enacting the friendship
that existed on that first Thanksgiving.
Holiday Songfest
Each December, our students raise
their voices in song to celebrate different cultures and histories.
Wine & Cheese Open House
Each March the Board of Directors,
PTO and Montessori Directresses host an evening for existing and new families to visit classroom and learn more about the
Montessori method. Community leaders are also invited to join us on this evening
to learn more about our thriving school.
Classroom Open Houses
Scheduled annually by each class,
these open houses give the parents an opportunity to learn more about Montessori techniques and principles of learning.
End of Year Picnic
Hosted by the PTO this picnic gives
the Montessori families and faculty an opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments made throughout the year.
