The dedicated directresses and directors have decades of Montessori experience and are guided by a school directress with over 30 years experience.

In the Toddler, Primary, and Elementary classrooms we have directresses and directors who have Montessori certification.  The classrooms are well-equipped with Montessori materials.

The Montessori philosophy is reflected in the actions of the adults. They treat each other the way they treat the child.

A culturally diverse, inclusive attitude creates a respectful, collaborative culture that is essential to our mission and vision. Each environment has at least one directress who has formal Montessori training. This makes for a keen awareness of the specific needs and characteristics of the children in each classroom and understanding of the strategies and materials needed to respond with success to those needs and characteristics.

Years of general experience, rigorous training and at-level Montessori certification, experience at MSC or in a similar school, longevity in previous positions, and uncompromising devotion to the children are all criteria you appointment to the MCS faculty.
