Explanation "Passive" Fundraising Efforts
The following behind the scenes fundraiser programs helped to raise hundreds of dollars for our school, with little or no effort and no additional cost to our parents. These programs were chosen by PTO members and are available for your optional participation.

Sandwich Wrap- No need to buy those baggies! Wrap you child's sandwich in a reusable, machine washable, PEVA-lined, fabric covered wrapper and use it over and over. This will be offered once a year!

Pampered Chef- Flo Hart, a founder of our school, has graciously agreed to donate all profits back to the school! Just in time for the holidays, a great way to buy gifts or your favorite items!

Amazon.com- At no extra cost to the buyer, our school recieves a percentage of all purchases made through the Amazon link below. Share with your friends or family as well. Shopping must originate through this link in order for our school to receive credit.

Shop at Amazon.com!

Scrip.com-Do you go out to eat? Buy gas? Toys? Office supplies? You name it you can buy a store card for it. Don't buy it at the store! Order it with MCS PTO to raise funds for our school. Each merchant offers a different percent back, but there is no additional cost to you! Check the merchant list by clicking the ScripMerchant link below, print the downloadable order form and make a check payable to MCS PTO. All items are recycled in accordance with EPA regulations or refurbished and sold. Ecophones will pay us for EVERY item we send- regardless of whether it is working or not! This is a great chance for us to do something for the environment and earn money for our school. Don’t forget to ask your friends, neighbors and co-workers too!

Target Take Charge for Education-  Point of Contact: Christina Nunemacher. If you have a Target Visa or Target Redcard (store credit card) then you can designate our school as the recipient for Target’s educational donation. Target will donate 1% for all purchases made at a Target Store or Target.com and ½% for all other purchases made on your Target Visa outside of the store.

Food Lion MVP Cards- Point of Contact: Tolly Garrett. Do you buy groceries? Of course! If you currently have a Food Lion MVP card or are willing to get one for free, then our school can get a percentage of your purchases. This is for all your purchases not just MVP specials! Check with Tolly or the front office to register your current MVP number. If you don’t have a card, then forms are available for you to fill out if you will get one. She will do the legwork for you! She will enter in the MVP numbers so that our school is designated for the donation. All you would do is shop as you normally do!
