Before and After School Programs

  • Programs are subject to availability for students in Primary and Elementary only.

Drop-in before and after care are by appointment only and subject to prior notification & availability at a rate of $10.00 per hour per student.

Annual Fees (non-refundable):

  • Student Supply Fee: $100

Financial Commitment: As a parent, when you enroll a student in a private school, you are making a year-long commitment. We count on those commitments to plan our teaching resources, class sizes, and all ancillary programs, from supply purchases to annual maintenance. The partnership between the family and the school ensures the success of our entire school community: students, parents and faculty.

Annual Fees Payment: The School Fee is due upon acceptance and confirms your intent to enroll your child at the Montessori Children’s School. Annual School Fee is discounted to $325.00 for each additional student within the same family. The Student Supply Fee is due with your first month’s tuition payment.

Tuition Payment Options: Annual tuition can be paid in full at the beginning of the school year or in ten monthly installments beginning August 15, 2018 and ending May 15, 2019.

Volunteer Hours: Thirty (30) volunteer hours per family with a maximum of 60 hours for those families with two or more children is required. Any unfilled hours will be billed at a rate of $10.00 per hour.

Additional Fees: Children dropped-off early or remaining after their contracted time will be charged a fee of $10.00 per hour. Late payment fee of $35.00 charged when automated payments are not received by the 20th of month. A $12.00 processing fee per credit/debit card transaction will be charged.

Ages given for students in each program are provided as a guideline. Actual transition age is determined by the development of each individual student.
